Founded in 2021, REINOUKAN began as a research project focused on the intersection of textile science and kinetic movement. We observed that while men's fashion evolved, the fundamental architecture of the trouser remained stagnant for over a century.
Our team—a collective of material scientists, pattern architects, and industrial designers—operates out of our Kyoto-based Innovation Hub. We believe that every stitch is a line of code, and every fabric choice is a hardware decision.
